SERVICES

It is always our goal to provide the highest level of satisfaction for all services. We will stand behind our work to continually strive for the highest quality of service. Consultations are of utmost importance to get a clear understanding of what you want to achieve with your visit. If you are not satisfied with the end result, we ask for the opportunity to adjust any service to create your desired result. Most modifications needed will be free of service charge. We ask if an adjustment is needed that it be scheduled in a reasonable amount of time after first service date.

 

CANCELLATIONS

We do ask that we receive 24-hour cancellation notice for all appointments. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to service charges. “No-Call No-Show” appointments may be subject to service charges, and will be required to reserve future appointments with a credit card. “No-Call No-Show” repeats will be charged full scheduled service amount.

 

LATENESS

We understand that life gets hectic and there are many times we just run behind. We do ask if you are running more than 15 minutes late to understand we may need to reschedule your appointment for another time. The rescheduling requirement will be based on whether or not the service providers can perform desired service in remaining service time allotment.

 

RETURNS*

We will return or exchange homecare products up to 8 weeks after purchase date. We strive to prescribe the correct homecare products to accomplish your desired results. We will adjust your homecare prescription to better suit your needs at any time.
